Executive Director of Assessment, Analysis and Accountability
Tina Davenport serves as the Executive Director of Assessment, Analysis and Accountability. In this role she will be responsible for establishing a rigorous vision for academic performance districtwide, developing systems to inform schools about school performance and ensuring that the district uses high-quality data to drive its decisions. She will oversee the core functions of data analysis, program evaluation and school performance management. Other functions will include providing professional development, product implementation and training, and curriculum support.
Tina has served in various roles within the field of education. Tina joined the Educational Empowerment Group from Hospice of the Western Reserve, where she most recently served as the Assistant Coordinator of Educational Development and Implementation. In that role she was responsible for the development of formal CME/CE (Continuing medical education/ continuing education) and informal education programs and activities in an effort to improve standards and performance expectations; ensuring compliance with accrediting body regulations in activity planning and maintaining files and records of all continuing education events.
Tina earned a bachelor degree in History with a concentration in diversity from the University of Akron; a M.Ed. in Instructional Technology and a M.Ed. in Cultural Foundations both from Kent State University. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Cultural Foundations at Kent State University.
