Regional Director of Community Engagement

Kyle is a Stark County native, growing up in North Canton. Previously, Kyle served as the Director of Community Impact with the United Way of Wayne and Holmes Counties. As the Director of Community Impact, Kyle brought over $150,000 in new grants to Wayne County. Kyle also coordinated the Wayne County Opiate Task Force. Under his leadership, the Task Force saw a 30% decrease in Opiate Overdose Deaths. Kyle worked extensively with the local school districts creating county wide change in regards to combating the summer slide and implementing new strategies to improve literacy rates. Previously, Kyle served as the Manager of Health Initiatives for the United Way of Summit County. Prior to that, Kyle served as the Integrated Getting Ahead Instructor, as well as the Getting Ahead Coordinator with Bridges Summit County. He is a 2011 graduate of the University of Akron, where he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and History. Kyle is a national Bridges out of Poverty Trainer and has been training for 7 years around the state. Kyle currently resides in Copley with his wife Emily and his three sons Owen, Noah and Luke
