Reggie Ray is one of the Founders of The Educational Empowerment Group and serves as the Chief Operations Officer. Reggie has served in various roles within the educational environment for over 13 years including Teaching, Administration, Educational Consultant and Professional Development Trainer. Reggie has spent most of his recent time traveling the states of Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania providing training and educational consulting services to public, private, and community schools alike. His most recent responsibilities have necessitated him to continually attend educational trainings and conferences to ensure he is up to date with all of the latest changes and discoveries in the educational environment.
As a professional student and educator, Reggie has continually worked to improve his effectiveness as an educational leader. He truly believes that through strategies such as project-based learning, leveraging technology, and having clearly defined and consistently high behavioral and academic standards we can effectively educate the 21st century learner. Reggie holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University, Bachelor of Arts from the College of Wooster. Reggie has also been trained in dispute resolution, conflict management, classroom and behavior management, differentiated instruction, project-based learning and technology integration which have helped to provide him a well-rounded understanding and approach to education today. With a wide range of experience working with students, educators, youth and adults, he has become an invaluable asset to the Educational Empowerment Team.
